• Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. All no shows, rescheduled appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $50.


• Appointment times will be adjusted or rescheduled for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be rescheduled.


• Please silence your cell phones out of respect for other guests attending the spa.


• A major credit card is required to hold your Injectable (Botox and Fillers) appointment.


• Spa Finder gift certificates or gift cards may be used on any service for any amount, except for Injectables (Botox and Fillers); a maximum of half the total amount may be paid with Spa Finder.


• To ensure a serene environment in our spa, please turn off your cell phone and beeper upon arrival.


• When you are at the spa please be respectful of others enjoying their treatments.


• Forms of payment excepted are: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


• We recommend against bringing valuables to the spa. Serena MedSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


• Services may be denied at the discretion of management.
